He founded The Construction Hub Academy in December 2020 after identifying a growing need for a high-quality training provider within the plant and construction industry in Wales. Under his leadership, the academy became a respected name in the sector.

Following his success, Chris has now stepped down as Director of The Construction Hub Academy to establish Constructaskill Ltd, a company dedicated to upskilling individuals across Wales.
