Dryad woodcraft

We are Dryad Woodcraft 😊 We're a young couple from Wales, both with a great passion for woodwork with many years of experience making traditional Welsh Lovespoons and other forms of fine wood related art. We're hoping to share our ideas with you in the form of our wooden creations and will be releasing never before seen designs and new takes on traditional techniques! We chose the name ‘Dryad Woodcraft’ by using a mind map, surrounding the page with themes that inspire us to make our products, what they are made from and the style in which we make them. The name ‘Dryad’ in folklore is a mythological creature called a Nymph that inhabits a tree or the woodland, a Nymph being one of the mythological spirits of nature. This name helps us convey to you what inspires us, showing you our love for nature and mythology🍃 Running our own small business gives us an enormous sense of achievement by turning our passion into a living! we love what we do and we hope you'll love it too ❤
